BC3 / MDFI Alumni Swag Swap, Hang Out, and Range Time!

On Saturday 2 November, we will have a MDFI Alumni Swag Swap at Black Creek Range and Training.

Essentially, BC3 will be open for all MDFI Alumni and guests for a great time with awesome folks. The official event starts at 11AM Saturday and ends at 5PM.  

WHO MAY ATTEND:

ALL MDFI Alumni Members may attend this event. All MDFI Alumni may bring up to 2 non-Alumni guests as well. MDFI Alumni are responsible for the behavior of their guests so please “choose wisely” with who you bring to the shindig.

COST:

There is a $10.00 per person fee to attend (cash at the door). This fee is going to BC3 to assist with the range.

THE SWAG SWAP/HANG OUT:

This will take place INSIDE the BC3 Clubhouse. Bring all gear and guns you want to sell and make some $$$. There are PLENTY of tables for you to display swag on. (If you want to bring a tablecloth or blanket to put on the tabletop you can)

All remaining MDFI Swag will be available at blow-out sale prices!

ALL FIREARMS BROUGHT TO SELL WILL HAVE A ZIP TIE THROUGH THE ACTION OF THE FIREARM. (There will be some on site for those who need them and It’s a small/cheap task for a quick and visual way to make sure we are being as safe as possible.) All things* (As allowed by law) are allowed at the swag swap.

There will be a donation bin for unwanted gun parts/accessories for the MDFI Alumni that you just can’t sell.

Firearms WILL be handled at all times IAW the Four Rules of Responsible Firearms Handling

Handguns are allowed to be open/concealed carried at this event (of course) BUT the gun you carry for defense is not to be handled at the swag swap.  

RANGES:

All paid attendees may use the live-fire BC3 Ranges from 11AM to 5PM. All MDFI Alumni guests may only use the ranges with their MDFI Alumni member escort. All range use will be IAW the Four Rules of Responsible Firearms Handling. If you plan on using the range, please drop off a signed Black Creek Range Waiver to Trek who will be in the clubhouse.

PETS / ANIMALS:

We cannot have any animals aside from previously-approved certified working animals on property due to past experiences. Our upfront apologies to those that might not be able to attend for that reason.

FOOD, ETC:

Food/Drinks will not be provided at this event but please feel free to bring your own. As this is a commercial range, alcoholic beverages are a no-go. Please save those for when you get home.
